We are online and shipping orders. We are pleased to announce we are accepting eCheck for payment on all orders. In the near future, we're working on having a Visa credit / debit card option as well. We're excited to offer eCheck because this is arguably the most secure payment method online. To see what the form looks like, click here.

The reasons are that first, your check is processed through our secure server, where you information is encrypted. Once you submit that information, it is by law, purged from the server. We do not store your checking information, ever.

According to Investopedia: "Because the check is in an electronic format, it can be processed in fewer steps and has more security features than a standard paper check." In fact, so secure that: "This is the first form of internet-based payment that the U.S. Treasury uses for making large online payments."

Next, your order is processed and funds are verified as available, but we do not process the payment until you receive the order. That means that you have more control than with any other payment method. And, it solves a serious problem for our pharmacy because far too many people were writing personal checks for our COD's on closed checking accounts. You cannot do eCheck on a closed account.

Not only is eCheck safe but has grown exponentially from $300 million in 2000 to over $5.2 billion last year.

If you wish to order today, we can now ship to the following states:

We now ship Soma to the states: AK, CA, CO, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, NE, NJ, NY, ND, PA, SC, SD, & WI. This will end before the 10th of January as Soma has been moved from a non-controlled drug to a controlled drug. This will go into effect on Jan 10.

For all other medications, we ship to all states except: MT, NV, NH, NC, OK, & VA

Q:WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept eCheck, which is payment by your own Personal Check, done online. It's done through our secure server so it is extremely safe and simple to use. Basically filling out a check like you would do normally, only doing it online.

Q: WHO DO I MAKE PAYMENT TO?
A:You won't have to, it's done already. But the image click here will show you what you will see at the end of your checkout process.

Q: CAN I HAVE MY ORDER HELD AT USPS?
A: Yes you can. USPS will attempt to make a delivery to your home or office. If no one is there to sign for it, they will leave a note in your mailbox that they tried to deliver a package but you were not home. You can then go to USPS and pick up the order at your convenience. You cannot though, have the order shipped to USPS postal office first like you would FedEx or UPS.

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A:We do our best to process all orders on the day we receive them. However, what time of day you order will impact when your order is shipped. Normally, to get your order processed and shipped the same day, you need to get your order in as soon as possible. Right now, it may take an extra 24hrs due to the backlog caused by FedEx stopping their service, and the couple weeks we've been offline.

That means if you get your order in before noon eastern, we should be able to get it out the same day. This is especially important if you request Saturday Delivery. We will not be able to ship your order on Friday for Saturday delivery if you place your order after 12:00PM eastern and better if you can get it in sooner.

While we do our very best to get your order processed as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee all orders will ship the same day - if you order before 12:00pm Eastern we should be able to get your order shipped before our cut-off.

We use USPS currently to ship all of our packages. We offer free 2-day delivery and that means you no longer have to pay extra for Saturday delivery. We are working on getting an overnight delivery as well for a nominal charge. While we do not conduct consultations on weekends or holidays, we do however offer Saturday delivery and if you order on Thursday early enough, we can have your order delivered Saturday at no cost to you.

Q: ISN'T A PHYSICAL EXAM NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF I SHOULD RECEIVE THESE MEDICATIONS?
A: The American Medical Association, effective 1 January 2006, issued a payment code permitting US physicians to claim from health insurance organisations for an online consultation.If you have had a physical exam recently and consider yourself healthy, you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order for you to obtain the medications we offer. Thousands of medical practitioners throughout the US are prescribing non controlled medications after only reviewing the patient's medical history, without a physical exam. In some cases the physician may require more information or require that a physical exam is performed. The medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical history. There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this history is any more relevant than an online consultation.

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE CONSULTATION?
A: There is no charge for the doctor's consultation on any of our drugs.

Q: CAN I ORDER LARGER QUANTITIES?
A: We only ship the medications in the quantity listed on the web site.

Q: HOW WILL THE PRODUCT BE PACKAGED?
A: All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.

Q: HOW DO I REORDER?
A:You can re-order through your personal account located here or from this website. Currently, until IT updates the portal to reflect changes to shipping and payment, your private portal will redirect you here for refills. Our head pharmacist has set the reorder time limits for each drug. This limit is reviewed by our computer system every time you order.

In addition, you will receive an email from esPharmacy.com about 10 days before your prescription medication is set to run out. That email will contain links to your personal account page where you can quickly and easily reorder any medication.
